Welcome to the website of the Alabama Educational Theatre Association, home of the Alabama Thespian Society! Here you can find all of the latest information regarding the annual Alabama Thespian Festival, as well as other educational theatre offerings across the state. STATE FESTIVAL 2013

Some highlights from Festival 2013!

Workshops that were noteworthy: "Hip Hop" by Jacob Jonas, "Super Smash Brothers" by Chris Carter, "Sounds
                                                               Like a Song" by Amanda Morgan, just to name a few!


Our one acts included: "The First Day of My Life" by Blair Dyson, which was put on by Prattville High School.
                                         "The Pitch" by Brian Starchman, performed by Randolph High School.
                                         "Havoc" written and directed by Alec Wesolowski, a member of Prattville High School.

Our three mainstage shows were: The Taffetas by Corner High School, Once on This Island, Jr by Simmons Middle
                                                             School and Arsenic and Old Lace by Paul Bryant High School.
